Ann Chase Park is located at the corner of 3rd Street and 5th Avenue West and provides open space areas and playground equipment for youngsters of the community.

Heritage Park offers picnic facilities, restroom, playground and outdoor musical instrument park. The park has ample space for outdoor event and activities. Heritage Park is located downtown Hazen, next to the historic Hazen Public Library.
John Moses Memorial Park
John Moses Memorial Park
Located along 7th street directly east of Hazen High School, this fully shade picnic area is named afer Hazen's most distinguished citizen; John Moses, (1885-1945) who had a love of trees and headed a drive for tree planting that resutled in Hazen's becoing the most tree-shaded small town in western North Dakota.! He was not only a community leader-he became a state and national leader before he died. He was the only Hazenite ever elected governor in 1938, re-elected in 1940 and 1942. In 1944, Moses was also the only Hazenite to serve in the United States Senate.

North Star II Park
Located on 7.3 acres along Highway 200. It features picnic facilities for large groups with covered shelters, playground equipment for children of all ages, two open play areas, rest rooms, horseshoe pits and two sand volleyball courts. To reserve, call 701-748-2550.

Paul Weiser Memorial Park
Located on Main Street in downtown Hazen. The park offers a covered shelter with picnic tables, free WIFI, a wall mural, benches and seating for small events. A sensory garden was installed in 2022. It includes fresh flowers and plants, including edible mints, decorations, and a portable water fountain. Sucha tranquil and inviting atomsphere! To reserve, call 701-748-6848.

Located just south of town along the banks of the Knife River, this serene park features a playground and picnic shelter with electricity and 3-hole frolf course. The road leading to the park is very peaceful! To reserve, call 748-2550.
