Cleaning Duties
Weekly: If You See it Needs Done then Just Do It
Garbage Removal: Collect trash from all garbage receptacles, except director's office, into ONE bag. Break down boxes. Thursday by closing
Sweep: Sweep all floors on main floor before mopping
Mop: Wet Mop walk way on main floor with all-purpose flour cleaner
Mop: Wet Mop all floors on main floor with all-purpose flour cleaner
Clean Coffee Area: Clean sink & Faucets, counter, wipe down coffee maker and cabinet fronts and back splash with all-purpose cleaner
Wipe/Clean Tables: Children’s room, High Top Table, table by Christian Fiction, Computer room table with all-purpose cleaner
Clean Restroom: Clean toilet inside with toilet cleaner & outside with all-purpose cleaner, & sink with all-purpose cleaner, sweep and wet mop floor, clean mirror and back splash, fill soap dispensers
Computer Room: Dust and Wet wipe Computer counter & Equipment with sanitizing / all-purpose solution NOT window cleaner
Circulation Desk: Wet Wipe with all-purpose cleaner NOT scrubbing bubbles or window cleaner

Every other week
Dust: book cases and any flat surfaces, sides of bookcases, tables, window sills, computer desks
Monthly
Clean Glass: doors, windows, display areas with window cleaner
Clean Basement Meeting Room: Dust, sweep & mop floors, wipe off tables & Chairs
Vacuum Stairwells

Every Six Months
Wipe Down Woodwork Clean woodwork with damp cloth
Clean Ceiling Fans Use dust mop for fans
Chairs: Vacuum and wipe off chairs
Light Fixtures dust inside & outside of light fixtures, wet wipe if needed
Wax Wax walkway, circulation desk and directors’ office floors
Registers: Remove Furnace Registers and Vacuum out
